"Integrated Industries Limited" was incorporated in the year 1974 in Delhi. Under the dynamic leadership of great visionary Mr. Saurabh Goyal, founder and promoter with vast experience of over five decades in the industry of Steel Pipes and Tubes.
Mr. Saurabh Goyal stewardship & valuable guidance has led the Company to achieve its prestigious name and position in the "Steel Tubes" Industry today. Started with a setup of 10000 metric tonnes per annum in 1981, we have now reached to installed capicity of 2,64,000 metric tonnes per annum.

This is being made possible because of our valuable customers who are the backbone of our company in promoting our pipes under the brand name of Integrated Industries". We have recently installed the latest Japanese technology to cater to the growing demand in Domestic & Global Market.

Integrated Industries Ltd. has its state-of-the-art plant in the industrial belt of Sahibabad, about 10km from the Indian capital, New Delhi & the third plant is situated in Mumbai. It is perhaps the best plant producing steel pipes like black steel pipes, black steel tubes, etc. with hi-tech machinery and sophisticated testing equipment.
The company has a strong and extensively experienced staff whose expertise goes into the making of the products.

For us, Quality is the foremost aspect of developing good customer relations; therefore, Each and every pipe is hydrostatically tested and straightened before it is dispatched from our plant. Mill Test Certificate is provided with each Supply.
At Integrated Industries, We possess SIX 4-Hi cold Rolling mills with state of the art automation done by ABB. As a result, Thickness is close to nominal through Auto Gauge Control (AGC), Better grain structure due to higher reduction, Uniform properties of the total coil length through elongation control during skin pass.

High productivity through higher speeds up to 500 meters per minute and auto slowdown. Coil beaks are almost absent because of a bridle arrangement. Hence, High productivity with high precision is the key to our success.

Key Areas-Project Financing, Working Capital management, Budgetary controls, Preparation of SOP, Advisory for product cost, sale price determination, product mix decision, BOM /Input –Output ratio analysis, Fixed Asset Management.
Mr. Anil Kumar
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary, Anil has a proven track record and extensive experience of over 13 years of exemplary career, out of which he has devoted 9 years exclusively to the Steel Industry. He has worked He has been associated with Integrated Industries Limited for the last 3 years and in the day-to-day operations of the company, he leads an efficient team and budget planning, funds management, treasury, and taxation matters.

CS Priyanks Sain is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has approximately 5 years of Professional experience and handles all the duties related to the Company's Secretarial work along with ensuring fulfillment of various compliances.
Mr. Sanidhya Garg

With over 7 Years of Experience, Mr. Sanidhya Garg is responsible for the administrative aspect; and marketing and finance function of the Company along with formulation of Business Development.
Mr. Sumar Kumar
Independent Director
Mr Suman Kumar is an independent director on the board of our company. He has to his credit, of about 4 decades of experience in banking and finance. He last served as General Manager in IDBI Bank.
Starting his professional career with Reserve Bank of India and a probationary officer in Allahabad Bank in 1984, he joined the erstwhile Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) in 1988. He has rich experience in Project Finance, HR and Trade Finance areas while working at IDBI in various capacities
He is an M.Com with an MBA (Finance) from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and is also a certificated associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
